  A wonderful experience. Upon walking up to the doors the staff opened the door and held it for us. We were greeted immediately and shown to our table. Less than a minute later our waiter introduced himself and took our drink and appetizer order. We asked the waiter for some suggestions and he was knowledgeable and helpful. Not long after we finished our appetizers the food came out. Our food was perfect and better than expected. The waiter kept our drinks topped off and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our experience, the atmosphere, the staff, and the food. We will be returning in the future.

  My party and I waited 20 min for a server. Manager was very polite and took care of the situation and gave us another waiter. The second waiter was nice but didn't refill our drinks or take empty plates. Our table was covered with plates and watered down drinks. Food was horrible. The restaurant wasn't busy at all maybe 5 people total so I'm not sure why our food came cold. The manager again tried to offer us more food but we were just ready to go at this point. Good management but poor service and food. Unfortunately we will not return. We would rather deal with the wait at Texas Roadhouse and have great food.

  Had a nice dinner at Outback, they were out of a few things (12 oz. Sirloin) and something the table behind us ordered. But they were giving away blooming onions today which was nice. Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing but he could have been a bit more aware as we had to ask for things without them being offered (steak sauce for example). I ordered my steak medium, it was medium well...and my husband ordered medium well and got well done. We didnt complain or ask for another because we would have been waiting longer. Overall, not a bad meal. Steak was tender and well seasoned.

  - Food was great! No doubt. - The restaurant was almost empty, no business at all. I was seated for over 40 minutes and the table next to mine all employees including the manager on duty passed by this table and looked at, but nobody had the initiative to start cleaning up the mess left behind by previous customers. - I questioned myself, All employees knows that something going on in this table? This is the standard in this restaurants? or This table and the surrounding area is Radioactive? or May is contaminated with any mysterious disease, or Ebola? Who knows? For sure, employees already know.

  The service was okay but the food was disappointing to say the least. My appetizer was cold and very bland. I ordered a salad that came out completely wrong. The best meal on our table was my son's grilled cheese. Usually we love going to outback because we know the food will be good but this experience made me question that. Our waitress was very kind and attentive which made the experience a little bit better, but not much. If we ever do go back hopefully we will not have the same experience again
